The exhibition The Screen Shop: Recent Winnipeg Prints opens, exposing audiences to the creative activities of the Grand Western Canadian Screen Shop. The Screen Shop, founded by the artist William Lobchuk in 1968, was an important hub of artistic activity in Winnipeg that drew in artists from across Canada.
